Synechron had an opportunity to attend India’s biggest Artificial Intelligence (AI) summit -- CYPHER 2023 -- the flagship event of Analytics India Magazine.

This 3-day event was held from Oct 11-13 at the Hilton Convention Center, Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru, India.

The conference was a tech haven with captivating tracks focusing on the many facets of AI.

Our Synechron booth became a hub of curiosity and collaboration as attendees delved into our AI prowess in fintech and hi-tech domains, sparking many insightful discussions.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn and demonstrate the cutting-edge solutions we bring to the table.

On Day 3 our speaker Prabhakar Srinivasan spoke about “GenAI Co-pilots: Fine-tuning LLMs for automation of CRM Transcript Analysis” and delved into the intricacies of fine-tuning Large Language Models. This enlightened the audience about the nuances that elevate conversational AI to new heights. The engagement and interaction was profound as we shared insights and experiences, solidifying our presence at the forefront of this evolving field of AI.
