“The strength of Synechron’s human capital lies in the diversity our people proudly provide, along with the equity and inclusion philosophy we embrace. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is not just a culture, it’s a deep belief system we live every day at Synechron. Our people-focused initiatives are simple, yet strong and impactful when it comes to making a difference and bringing out the very best in our dedicated team members. PDN has partnerships with WIT (Women in Technology) BDPA (Black Data Processing Assoc.), the NAACP, the National Urban League, and many more worthy organizations which provide us access to a marketplace of truly diverse professionals.
PDN helps to pair job seekers with employers who are serious about consciously building a diverse workforce. This also helps the employers cater to the needs of an increasingly diverse customer base.
We at Synechron are immensely proud to have partnered with Campus Pride to help them achieve their goal. Founded in 2001, Campus Pride continues to build future leaders and safer campus communities for LGBTQ individuals. It exists to develop, support and give “voice and action” in building future LGBTQ awareness and ally student leaders. With them, we look forward to hiring more diverse and championed individuals who will be the torchbearers of Digital Transformation.
Gender inequality and diversity remain key issues around the globe, particularly in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Through a program of education, collaboration and networking, Synechron's partnerships with these organizations will play a critical role in addressing the diversity imbalance across multiple workforces.
Synechron seeks to welcome back women who wish to return to various IT roles available within our organization and across global teams. Through this, we endeavor to support the women who took a break from their career owing to personal responsibilities and other commitments. If you are a woman who is keen to rekindle the joy of a passionate career in IT, we are looking for you. Currently, under this program our New York, New Jersey, and India offices are inviting applications from women who have taken a career hiatus due to family needs, education programs or other personal reasons, to come back to work and reignite their careers with us.

Synechron has launched The Better ME Program, where ME stands for MEntors and MEntees both! Under this program, MEntors from across Synechron, offer the guidance to our MEntee employees and look after their needs for being a better professional at our workplace. Each MEntor, a senior employee at Synechron, has been carefully chosen to be on the panel.
An online collaborative platform, SyneTribe gives our employees the opportunity to go above and beyond their day-to-day responsibilities. Based on our employees' skills and interests, this program brings together cross-functional global teams who can significantly contribute to our firm-wide initiatives. Employees not only get to choose the initiatives that they can participate in, but they also have a chance to connect with likeminded squad members and leaders across the organization.
