We support our clients in their (digital) transformations across various business domains. For one of our bigger clients, we are involved in a multi-year program to transform their Corporate Lending services. This means implementing a Target Operating Model including elements like governance- and organisational structure design, process design, RACI-descriptions, reporting design, customer journey development and application development. But also more people & culture related elements are key for a successful implementation.
As a Transformation Manager you play a central role in implementing the overall change. You know how to structure the work, how to develop an implementation plan, how to report against the plan and how to secure overall successful execution of the plan. You know how to motivate your team(s) to achieve the best results, in time and within budget. You know how to combine your content expertise and your change management toolbox to really make a difference.
