Duties: Develop enterprise-level software applications; perform requirement gathering and analysis, and translate HLD and LLD into technical design; develop and analyze application design (preparing functional specification documents and technical design documents with best suitable architectural decisions for complex business requirements); review architecture and design artifacts and estimate efforts for each requirement (create logical & sequence diagrams, create use case diagrams, create architecture and deployment diagrams, etc.); develop cheverons, stages and steps for process flows, UI rules and UI controls such as Dynamic Layout, Sections, Harness, Portal, etc.; configure and design business rules into the application by following PEGA Declarative Decisioning Rules components; analyze and enhance existing PEGA modules by considering the overall impact of the change on existing functionalities; create enterprise-class structure by creating ECF layer classes; design and implement data model and configure error handling for data pages; develop procedural logic using activities and data transformation rules; configure, install and host applications from web and application servers; support production environment availability and bug fixing of production issues; test developed applications for bugs and issues; create application builds and deploy scripts; and manage application development life-cycle and generate customized reports.
Education and Experience: Master of Science degree in Engineering (Any Branch), Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Computer/Management Information Systems. Alternatively, Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Any Branch) Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software Developer, Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related position.
