Senior Account Manager

New York City, NY, USA

Please note that this role is currently remote due to COVID-19, but the candidate will eventually be expected to return to the NYC Office 5 days/week.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Closely partner with clients & Senior Account leadership team to generate new opportunities for Synechron (for existing clients)
  • Generate new opportunities across various lines of business and having a solution-led mindset
  • Meet/exceed the delivery, revenue, & fulfilment targets shared by the Senior account leadership

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrable 12+ years of thought leadership experience, particularly on emerging areas such as digital transformation, modernization, re-engineering, cloud migration, automation, machine learning, etc. from previous large IT Consulting Organizations
  • Demonstrable and solid experience around pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, collateral creation, solution demos and solution-led pitches
  • Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities from various client engagements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with clients & internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on: 
    • Generating new opportunities for Synechron
    • Fulfilling existing opportunities by working very closely with the recruitment team 
    • Managing escalation situations
  • Result-oriented, can take independent ownership
