Junior Marketing Content Writer

Job Description

In this role, the Junior Marketing Content Writer will be asked to undertake tasks including:

  1. Conducting research to inform marketing content pieces, such as infographics, white papers, thought leadership/blog articles, social media posts, etc.
  2. Collaborate on the ideation and development of marketing plans, schedules, delivery timetables, and other strategic planning
  3. Outline and/or draft/edit content pieces that can represent Synechron the company, its full lineup of capabilities, practices (digital, business consulting, and technology) and sub-practices, its subject matter experts and leading executives, and take the form of any of the following:
  • Capabilities and descriptive brochures
  • Account-based Marketing brochures
  • New and existing Accelerator program collaterals
  • Flyers
  • Website content and website-optimized case studies
  • Social media posts across four channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) and others as developed in the future
  • Press releases, announcements, partnerships
  • Media outreaches, pitches, and media opportunities documents
  • Biographies and Meet the Expert profiles
  • Case studies for use by our stakeholders, and for external sources (e.g., Udemy)
  • Internal Communication Mailers / eblasts
  • Other materials as requested



Experience at writing/editing engaging B2B marketing content; good grammar and spelling skills; ability to follow in-house brand guidelines/editorial styles; ability to follow directions and deliver works on time and on specs; ability to work cross-functionally with global stakeholders at all levels of a hierarchy; ability to work with team members as well as independently.
