Plan, manage and deliver information technology projects for the banking sector involving integration of web-based as well as digital banking software solutions such as Finacle Core and Finacle Treasury; plan and manage project budget; oversee requirement capture (Blue Print) process and convert client's requirements into technical specifications to be followed/adopted by the project team; establish and manage project timelines (MS Project Plan) and oversee resolution of system integration, user acceptance as well as release and implementation roadblocks; bug tracking using JIRA and comprehensive test management using HP Quality Center/ALM; use Lotus Notes for database management; source code and versioning management using VSS; oversee Oracle-based application/database/business intelligence development and deployment using TOAD; use Putty for Remote Access Management; and manage software development life-cycle and manage multiple projects (different scopes and sizes) and teams (on-site as well as off-shore) using VerisonOne.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering. Foreign educational equivalent accepted. Five (5) years’ experience as IT Project Manager, Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, Computer Systems Analyst or related position.
