• Act as the overall project manager and/or business adviser to deliver projects
• Manage/ undertake end-to-end project tasks such as feasibility study, project planning, operating model design, (reporting) requirement analysis, up to implementation support
• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications documents, data migration designs and overall project management & financials 
   

Responsibilities

• Have a minimum 4 years working in Financial Services with solid domain knowledge within one or more banking segment(s)
• Deep understanding of Finance and Risk within Financial Institutions, with a track record of change implementation at least one of those domains
• Knowledge of IT and data transformation within Finance and/or Risk
• Experience in dealing with local and international regulators (e.g. HKMA, MAS, ASIC)
• Experience in business and digital change delivery & solution implementation, across the end-to-end change lifecycle
• A solid understanding of Agile development practices and forums (e.g. Scrum, Sprint delivery, backlog management) within both Business and Technology
• Proven stakeholder management experience, particularly between Business, POs, Scrum Masters and other teams
• In possession of CFA is a plus
