Work in various projects and domains within financial services playing diverse roles such as an advisory, analyst, or a project manager
Interact with peer consultants in the firm to solve client issues
Maintain client relationships, quality delivery, working on internal initiatives and strategic thinking to help grow the organization
Analyze business processes and engage with clients to solve business problems and deliver practical solutions
Collaborate with client to translate strategy into clear business models and support implementation
Degree and/or applied knowledge in one or more related areas such as Strategy and Operations, Compliance and Client Lifecycle Management (KYC/AML), Finance and Risk, Regulations, Data Engineering and Governance and Digital
Experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Re-engineering and Target Operating Model design
A passion for understanding the financial industry
Strong hands on experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Familiar with Python, SQL and Tableau
Demonstrated record of handling projects and diverse stakeholders
Penchant to learn, willing to provide and accept feedback and constructive criticisms
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills; efficiently interact with Business and Technology
Experience working in Waterfall or an Agile development process
Flexible with travelling on short term assignments
