Account Manager

Please note that this role is currently remote due to COVID-19, but the candidate will eventually be expected to return to the NYC Office 5 days/week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage multiple & competing priorities from various client engagements
  • Meet/exceed the delivery, revenue, & fulfilment targets shared by the senior account leadership

Job Requirements: 

  • 6+ years of experience in Account Management in a global consulting organization  
  • Strong relationship-building skills with good communication to effectively interact with clients & internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on: 
    • Generating new opportunities for Synechron
    • Fulfilling existing opportunities by working very closely with the recruitment team 
    • Managing escalation situations
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, can take independent ownership 
  • Very strong communication skills
