We've partnered with myGwork, the first LGBT+ and allies' professional community, to propagate and induce workplace equality across the globe. We're deeply inspired by the work of myGwork to empower the LGBT+ community by offering their members a safe space where they can connect with inclusive employers, find jobs, mentors, professional events and news with respect to DEI. The vision of our partnership is to support them achieve their goal, and engage with the world leaders in this mission.

Synechron has launched The Better ME Program, where ME stands for MEntors and MEntees both. Under this program, MEntors from across Synechron, offer the guidance to our MEntee employees and look after their needs for being a better professional at our workplace. Each MEntor, a senior employee at Synechron, has been carefully chosen to be on the panel.

Founded in January 2018, Elevate City is a prominent women's leadership network encompassing the financial and professional services sector in the UK. Our collaboration with them offers extensive networking opportunities, proactively nurturing trusted business relationships through leadership events and a supportive community.

For women returning to the workforce after a hiatus, coming back to work after time away can feel daunting. At Synechron, we're proud to offer a Women Back to Work Program to support you in this transition. This program, for women with at least 3 years of experience in technology, IT, banking, and/or financial services, provides you with a dedicated training plan that includes:

  • Industry certification courses
  • Upskilling opportunities
  • Year-round mentorship
  • Virtual and classroom training from our SMEs
