We assembled our team of domain specialists to build an entire service center around Calypso to manage four systems. The service center would unify and maintain all Calypso environments for business analysis, architecture, and development.
Synechron was tasked with rationalizing and evolving the maintenance of a Calypso system for a leading Bank.
The first step was to understand our client’s requirements. The goal was to identify the business objective and share our knowledge and expertise accumulated from working on similar projects previously.
We then set our goals to achieve the client’s objective. The key was to develop a strategy focusing on the service center and the deployment and maintenance of the entire Calypso environment through a single service center.
During the delivery process, the objective was to adhere to the strategy developed to deploy and maintain all Calypso environments, with one dedicated service center team to manage four systems around Calypso for business analysis, architecture and development.
We successfully established cross-application best practices, united governance, and architecture development & business analysis. Our overall efforts manifested in cost reduction and successfully developing and deploying a Calypso dedicated service center for our client.
