Overview

Synechron addressed a pressing need for banks to evolve and modernize their administration platform by creating an Enterprise-grade Front Office Digital Supervision Platform system. We helped develop a system allowing supervisors to accurately find issues and evidence their steps to correct them.

Our client, a leading Tier -1 Bank, needed to put adequate controls to monitor employee behavior at a global scale and solve the pain points within its front-office supervisory workflow and evidencing system. We leveraged our multi-disciplinary capabilities to solve the client’s pain points within its front-office supervisory workflow and evidencing system.

Our Process

Synechron was tasked with creating an Enterprise-grade Front Office Digital Supervision Platform System and developing a system that allows supervisors to accurately find issues and evidence their steps to correct them.

Workshop

We conducted in-depth analysis of requirements for the multi-person user group of front-office executives and related systems across 5 geographically diverse offices, including 40+ countries and 3 business units, and for 4 securities sectors.

Agile Design and Development

We embraced agile practices for user-centric, iterative, frequent delivery; a focus on User Experience and Visual Design elements including graphical interfaces; including the development of a reusable UI component library.

Delivery Process

The team built a modern platform technology stack by utilizing Microservices, Angular 6, TDD, and a Behavioral Driven Approach for the automation framework. With a focus on User Experience and Visual Design elements, we implemented multiple elements of API enhancements and end-to-end automation of numerous testing capabilities.

What We Delivered

Our Enterprise-grade Front Office Digital Supervision System platform was deployed successfully. We achieved 600+ releases in two years and new levels of efficiency across the bank, with 1800 breaches being identified per month. With the current success, we extended the platform for further usage across 3000+ users, having 40+ countries enrolled.
