/ / What I do at Synechron

Conceptualization of software tools

Initially, my role here involved working on a large scale technology change program at group level for a large global bank. I also had the opportunity to support a technology partner company for the piloting of a new tool/piece of software. This was then demonstrated to large banking institutions. At Synechron, every project I work on brings me a new facet to learn.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Clara engages in various projects for large banking institutions.

/ / Why I joined Synechron

Unique, niche business model

I joined Synechron after completing my master’s degree. I was impressed with the firm’s unique, niche business model and the opportunities it offers to work on a diverse range of projects within the financial service sector. I was also excited about being part of a team comprising go-getters. Fortunately, I have been very well supported by everyone here.
