/ / Why I joined Synechron

To manage deliverables of large-scale implementation projects

Rather than being merely an individual contributor, I wanted to become the one who manages deliverables of large-scale implementation projects for clients. I wanted to work ‘on the floor’ with clients and demonstrate my technical expertise. I envisioned myself as a leader who guides technical centers of excellence of a mid-sized company. Synechron helped me achieve this transformation and provided me with all the right opportunities at the right time to meet my career aspirations.

As a Pega specialist focusing on system architecture and technology, my areas of expertise include BPM platforms, J2EE applications, SQL databases and SOA technologies. I have over 9 years of relevant work experience as an application developer, technical lead and delivery manager for large-sized financial institutions, IT product companies and some major public service companies. I hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (honors) in computer science and engineering.

/ / My personal interests

Soccer and cooking

I am a huge Soccer fan and like to play during my leisure time. I never miss any chance to watch a Soccer World Cup match live. Also, I call myself an amateur cook and a keen enthusiast who tries out various indo-Italian or indo-American cuisines. I am also trying to come up with my own food blog in near future.
