Job Description

In this position you will serve as a partner to your business teams by influencing and executing HR programs. You’ll partner and resolve questions and situations across a wide-range of HR topics, including performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and compensation. We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who can be an advisor to their business teams and identify creative HR solutions to support our ever changing and growing business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide wide-ranging support on both the team-wide and individual level for assigned business units
  • Handle and resolve employee relations situations and partnering with employees and management to deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with your business teams and be a trusted advisor for managers.
  • Implement, maintain the integrity of HR policies and practices through continuous interaction with employees and teams.
  • Conduct exit interviews and consolidate feedback to gain valuable insights in all aspects of the work environment including work culture, day to day concerns, processes, workplace ethics and employee morale
  • Serve as culture ambassador and provide support to develop initiatives that ensure Synechron remains an employer of choice
  • Work with business teams to effectively manage annual and mid-year performance review cycles
  • Participate in projects at the HR-wide and business team level.
  • Assists employees with routine HR-related needs including inquiry response, support and administration of leaves of absence, exit interviews, benefits, and payroll.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role within Technology and Consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly.
  • Strong knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws.
  • Strong team player and ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Positive communication skills, with the professional savvy of communicating across all levels
  • Must be approachable and able to earn trust and credibility across the organization
  • Highly resourceful with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
