NatixisA seamless road to decommissioning

Natixis is the corporate banking, asset management and financial services division of the BPCE Group, the second-largest banking group in France. In the face of many regulatory and marketplace changes in 2014, our main challenge was to maintain the operational conditions of Calypso-a system critical to Natixis’s business. That involved daily maintenance before the system was actually decommissioned. As a result, Synechron implemented a service center to take over 100% of the technical activity of Calypso, before its decommissioning set for some time in 2016.
